Bergen IT is truly amazing! Costa Has helped me both personally and professionally. He did all the wiring for my company when we moved in and we've had no problems with our Internet. When we decided to add a camera to our waiting room, he was responsive and quickly had the camera installed. That's why when we were having issues in our home, I once again called Bergen IT. He was able to identify the problem or the parts and get them installed in a timely fashion that we're back to watching sports without any buffering. I can’t not recommend Bergen IT enough! My computer, which isn’t that old, slowed way down 2 years ago. I kept trying to work through the slow down but it just got to a point where I said enough was enough! Recently, I contacted Bergen IT, not only did they respond promptly but we were able to quickly set up an appointment that fit my schedule! With Covid still around, I wasn’t sure what would be the best way to get my computer to them UNTIL they mentioned they can connect virtually to help fix the problem! AMAZING!! Costa and his assistant Eresh mounted a TV on the wall in my home. They hid the wires, made all the necessary connections and cleaned up! They were careful, precise, accurate and it looks even better than I expected.They then put my stereo components together making sure to set it up for the best sound. I don't write reviews often. Costa arrived at my office 10 minutes early. I told him the issues that I needed addressed. He addressed each issue in a professional matter. When he was finished, I asked him to look at my 5 year old laptop, which was running very slowly. I expected him to tell me that it was time to replace it.. To my surprise, Costa had it running like new in less than 10 minutes flat! I couldn't have hoped for better service. The fee was reasonable as well! Thank you very much!
